We have a launch new store and it is called toygrail.shop Please come take a look and check out our latest and greatest! We have a lot of new ideas for 2026 and we want to continue to grow with your support. Can't do this without you guys!

There are a few things to note about the new store. First of all, we have made some changes to the preorder workflow. You still need to make a deposit which is now $1 (instead of $5) but you will have to pay for shipping ahead of time. Moreover, we will not be charging your payment method on file but instead send you an invoice by email for settlement when the stock arrives. This makes final payment optional (not forced). In return, we will enforce a strict policy of holding preorder inventory for only 7 days after arrival / notification in order to minimize our risk. We think this is a good compromise.

Second, our new store only accepts PayPal at the moment. We are going to enable Stripe this week after some testing and hopefully this will give you more options to pay for your order. Please note that you can use all major credit cards with PayPal already.

Finally, regarding this Figure Grail store. We will keep it running but will not be updating it. Old customers might want to check out their order history for anything that is outstanding. We will sunset this store when we have flushed out all the outstanding orders.
